Symptom narrative

Patient had vaccine, next day her arm was painful, swollen, redness, itching that continued to get bigger and has not gone away. Patient also experienced stomach upset, nausea, and diarrhea since vaccination. Patient also experienced shoulder pain/stiffness that went up her shoulder and neck, however this went away the next day (3/28/26). Told patient to try Claritin to help reduce what looked like a potential allergic reaction
