Administration of Kinrix as second dose/had accidentally given a 4 month old patient; Administration of Kinrix as second dose/had accidentally given a 4 month old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3c423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Pediarix (1st dose received on an unknown date). On 23-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Kinrix. On 23-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administration of Kinrix as second dose/had accidentally given a 4 month old patient) and inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Administration of Kinrix as second dose/had accidentally given a 4 month old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered were not applicable.
