Symptom narrative

Cellulitis of right upper arm: Within 4 hours, developed severe reaction: redness, heat, stiffness, and inability to fully lift arm at injection site - Redness spreading from injection site, today measured approximately 15 by 13.5 cm - Experienced chills, body aches, and sharp, shooting pains radiating for 20-30 seconds, recurring every 4 minutes, mostly on left side - Fever ranging from 100.8 to 101.6°F, resolved temporarily but returned on March 24, 2026 (yesterday) at 101°F - Overall body sensitivity, unable to tolerate lotion or tight clothing Orders: ? doxycycline (Vibramycin) 100 MG capsule; Take 1 capsule (100 mg) by mouth 2 times daily for 7 days. Take with at least 8 ounces (large glass) of water, do not lie down for 30 minutes after
