Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came into pharmacy with redness on injection site complaining of pain and fever on 3/20/26. Pt was advised to go to urgent care since ibuprofen has not been helping. Pt was also sick while at the time of receiving vaccine picking up antibiotics and steroids.
