Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Blood Disorder (diagnosed by MD)-Mild, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: white coating in mouth, possibly thrush-Medium, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Medium, Additional Details: Patient stated that he thinks the reaction was specifically from the capvaxive vaccine since he had the heplisav before and did not have any rxns. Patient described a white coating appeared inside his mouth and it made his throat very sore and lymph nodes felt swollen. He stated that he had a fever the next day and all weekend. He did not have a thermometer to check for the actual temperature but he could feel his body temperature was very hot. Body aches and body rash.
