Systemic: Allergic: Anaphylaxis-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Severe, Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Additional Details: patient present to the pharmacy and was administered the twinrix vaccine and shingrix vaccines. about a minute after vaccine was administered, patient started complaining about difficulty breathing, we had her seat down a little bit, she continue to complain about dizziness and difficulty breathing, we then called 911, administered a shot of epipen, gave 2 tab of benadryl and and let a her seat up, she felt some relief a few mins after epipen shot was administered. 5 min later ems took her away, Other Vaccines: VaccineTypeBrand: shingrix prefill syringe; Manufacturer: GSK; LotNumber: NT357; Route: intramuscular; BodySite: left arm; Dose: 2; VaxDate: 03/24/2026
