Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: she stated she had a vaso vagal response and passed out. never happened before with vaccines. just blood draws previously. she was out for approximately 3 minutes.
