Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: On 3/23/26, the day after vaccination, started getting fever (chills/sweat) and redness/swelling/pain at injection site. Ibuprofen was taken to help with fever and headache, On 3/25/26, the symptoms have progressed. Approximately 85% of upper left arm, from shoulder to elbow, it is red and swollen (with elbow pain). And the area is hot and radiating warmth. Will take benadryl 3/25/26 evening. If not better, may see PCP 3/26/26.
