Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Patient said she did not feel good right after vaccine. Didn't specify adverse effects-Medium, Additional Details: Patient thought she was getting COVID from Pzifer but instead she got Moderna. Complained she did not feel very good right after the vaccine until next Tuesday.
