On 14-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. In MAR-2026, less than a week after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced erythema (Verbatim: Redness), swelling (Verbatim: Swelling), headache (Verbatim: Headache) and malaise (Verbatim: Malaise). On 19-MAR-2026, the patient experienced injection site erythema (Verbatim: spot that looked allergic appeared at the injection site) and allergy (Verbatim: spot that looks allergic appeared at the injection site).
