Symptom narrative

Local rash developed at injection site 3/17 until 3/19. Followed by a hard lump. Instructed to gently massage on 3/25. Followed by full body rash starting on 3/26 and rash is ongoing as of 3/30. Hib and DTap were givin in office on 3/16- unknown type.
