Symptom narrative

Patient requesting a Varicella vaccine for immigration. I saw expiration date on freezer for vaccine was listed as 3/26/26 in red highlight (printed sheet on outside of unit that lists lot numbers and expiration dates). I also checked the box the varicella vaccine was in, and it also said expires 3/26/26. I thought today was 3/26/26 and could give today. Scanned varicella out in system, administered to patient. Went to administer in chart and couldn't find the lot number and then saw that today is 3/27/26.
