Symptom narrative

Baby developed high fever to 102.5 on 3/27/26, continuing for >72 hours after onset. Also with light maculopapular rash over chest and abdomen. Overnight 3/28/26, developed onset of reduced PO intake and diarrhea. Significant fussiness and agitation, alternating with periods of increased tiredness.

upper respiratory infection earlier in February
