Symptom narrative

Patient given the ROTATEQ (about a 1/3 dose). The baby seem to choke, became pale, limp and lips got cyanotic. I returned to the round, listened for HR & breathing, which were present, I stimulated the baby and turned him in the prone position in my hand, with spontaneous movements and crying.
