Symptom narrative

The hib reaction was red raised about a quarter size, the Infanrix was red patchy red warm to touch some swelling of the leg, rash was about a golf ball size . Mom applied a cool compress to both areas, gave ibuprofen for discomfort , lasted about 24- 48 hours pt doing well was seen in office for evaluation
