Symptom narrative

pain in arm began upon injection Wednesday morning and remained for 2 days. Headache began around 3 AM on Friday. Fatigue set in by Saturday afternoon. The mucus got thick and coughing began by evening. Experienced low grade fever. out of nowhere, for a few seconds I could not draw breath as the airway seemed completely blocked and no amount of coughing would clear it. It was terrifying. I coughed and coughed until the mucus dislodged, with dots of blood in it. It is now day 6 and I am not back to my normal self yet. Feeling tired and have muscle aches in my upper and middle back.
