Symptom narrative

Daily nausea, very high blood pressure, tachycardia, adrenaline surges, random severe panic attacks, daily burning nerve pain in low back, joint pains in both legs for 5 years now since second covid vaccine and daily joint pains in ankles and both legs and wrists.

Lab data

CBC in 2021 showed sudden anemia, very low ferritin level of 1, slightly low red blood cell count, low myoglobin. I had to take a cortisone shot in June 2021 for my burning low spinal pains, and epidural steroid shots in my spine every few months since the second shot to try to treat my horrible lumbar spine and bilateral leg nerve pains, I also have been taking a Advil and Tylenol daily for 3 years now to deal with that coding. I had a full rheumatological work up 3 times in past 5 years with no diagnosis, I have had 2 lumbar spine mris which just show lumbar spinal stenosis, small bulging discs and lumbar facet joint arthropathy now.
