the patient never received a second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix.The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: the patient never received a second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
