Symptom narrative

Patient stated that about 6 months after receiving her first COVID vaccine she broke out in an eczema type rash. There were some sores and the areas were itchy. Appeared on patients back, stomach, face, and scalp. Doctor told patient it was likely due to an inactive ingredient of the vaccine. Patient hesitant to receive any other vaccines manufactured by Pfizer.
