A 65-year-old male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 20Jun2025 at 14:45 as dose 1, single (Lot number: LC1279) at the age of 65 years, in right arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 21Jun2025 at 12:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Left arm hurting"; PAIN (non-serious) with onset 21Jun2025 at 12:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "arm stinging"; LIMB DISCOMFORT (non-serious), MUSCULOSKELETAL DISCOMFORT (non-serious) all with onset 21Jun2025 at 12:00, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "when he rotates arm/shoulder the bones seem to rub together".
