Patient vasovagled following vaccine administration. Became pale and stated she was losing her vision and her limbs were going numb. She was placed in a reverse trendelenberg position on an exam table. Cool compresses applied. She was alert and oriented during this event. BP: 118/84, Pules 70, O2 Sat 98%. Very slowly moved her from laying to sitting then to standing. After 20 minutes she returned to baseline and was stalble. Admitted she was nervous about her upcoming trip that she does not want to go on for work. She only had a cheese stick this morning before coming in. Encouraged her to eat something as soon as she can and she did text her friend that she works with who will keep an eye on her today. Reinforced care instructions provided. Instructed to call or return with any questions or concerns. Red flags and reasons to be seen immediately were reviewed. Voices understanding and agreement with this plan.
