Concurrent medical conditions included malnutrition (patient was malnourished and it pounced). On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced paralysis (Verbatim: have paralysis of my left thigh) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), vaccination failure (Verbatim: I had a huge, bad case.
