Symptom narrative

Per patient's daughter, patient received the vaccine and had a rash that started around the injection site and increased to her entire body. She went to her primary care doctor and was given 2 series of Medrol Dosepaks with no relief. As of 3/31/26, a painful rash covered entire patient's body and she was seeking help at emergency room.
