Symptom narrative

Incomplete course of vaccination; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Bexsero (received the first dose in August) and bexsero (received the second dose in September). The patient did not receive the 3rd dose of Bexsero. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Incomplete course of vaccination). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 24-MAR-2026. The patient 6-month shot was due from 22-FEB. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
