Areflexia

Symptom narrative

Areflexia [R29.2], noted by Dr (primary care) on 03/03/2026 and confirmed by Dr(neurology) on 03/13/2026. These appointments followed patient experiencing difficulty swallowing, tingling in left hand, then right foot. Note that patient did not return to the administering facility or doctor following the adverse events due to failure to inform patient of higher risk of Guillain-Barré Syndrome with this vaccine.

Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, alopecia areata, PVCs, PACx, bradycardia, possible Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/long-COVID
