Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy to report that his throat and tongue are swelled up from the Comirnaty vaccine that was administered the day before. I asked if he can still breathe ok, and he said it does not affect his breathing at all, just difficult swallowing from the swollen tongue and throat. Advised patient to take benadryl for the allergic reaction and if he start to have difficult breathing or cannot swallow at all, go to the ER. Will follow up with patient to see how he is doing.
