Symptom narrative

Patient's vaccines administered 03/12/2026. Patient presented in office 03/26/26 with a subcutaneous nodule that appeared two days prior. The nodule is on the same thigh as most recent vaccine administration. The nodule is superficial, firm, and mobile. It does not seem to cause discomfort. Plan to monitor.
