Patient was seen in office for a travel visit. The provider ordered Bexsero and realized later that she wanted to order Menquadfi instead. She discussed it with the family. No reports of adverse advent(s). Family returned to the practice 5 days later to receive yellow fever vaccine and Menquadfi. In section 5, 12/2025 is listed as to when the adverse event started. However, the patient did not experience side effects of the vaccine and did not need to seek follow up care other than to return to the office to receive the correct vaccine.
