Symptom narrative

Patient had 2 vaccines on 3/26/26 (shingrix and capvaxive). She stopped by and showed she haD about 2-3 inches rash.The rash was tender and a bit hot. She said it was small at first, then got bigger. I advised the patient to put hydrocortisone 1% cream or calamine. I will follow up within 3 days.
