Symptom narrative

Pain at injection site radiating up to ear, fever, chills, headache, body aches beginning within 24 hours of injection. Instructed to alternate Tylenol & Ibuprofen for pain/fever and apply ice pack to site as needed. Instructed to f/u in clinic if sx do not improve within 72-96 hours of injection.
