Symptom narrative

Patient's Mother states pt had started with a red welt on 3/31/26 the day after vaccine was given that is warm to touch, firm and painful was the size of a quarter and today 4/1/26 area is now very large and bigger the then size of half dollar coin, continues to be warm to touch , red and painful.

Current illness

Patient was positive with Influenza B on 2/25/26.

Other medications

Propranolol 60mg, Tylenol 650mg q 8 hrs as needed.
