Symptom narrative

reports got the vaccine from our pharmacy on 03/24/2026. states started itching same night and woke up and was red. Since then it has worsened with itching redness swelling and warmth. She was seen at Clinic located withing the store where she got the injection today 04/01/2026. She was treated for cellulitis of left arm, was given keflex QID X 10 days. she was also treated for the itching with 5 mg of zyrtec, medrol does pk and triamcinolone cream to put on red location of itching. The arm was marked where the defined red line outlined the are and she was told if worsening seek higher level of care and voiced understanding.
