Symptom narrative

I am not sure if related, after receiving vaccine Jan 30 2026 in following weeks I noticed shortness of breath and chest tightness. On Feb 21 2026 coughed up blood glob and went to urgent care. They did d-dimer which had abnormal results so sent me to ER. At ER diagnosed with pulmonary embolism and infarction. I have been on blood thinners since. I am waiting to do more bloodwork tests in a couple months to see if I have genetic reason why had since unprovoked.
