Symptom narrative

Patient stated as soon as she got into her car she experienced Right Hip pain. It then went to her right knee (behind knee) and she experienced sharp nerve pain every 3 minutes for about 1 hour. After than pain started traveling from right hip to right knee back and forth. Now her pain in right hip radiates to back and pelvic area. She left message with her PCP, Dr for appointment and called pharmacy at 8pm 4/1/26 to report adverse events to us
