Flu Shot~ Oct 1st Caught flu Oct 2nd thru Oct 6th Nov 24th started slurring December 5th Starting dropping things Started falling - Hospital visit - Slurring gets worse March - Started Limping Fell again April~ issues swallowing June Weight loss and can?t really swallow Jan 165 July 122 June ~ losing strength in legs start walking with a cane - Stop driving as arms are too weak July~ Speech is now challenged -Not able to use hands to open water bottle - Not able to Put on clothes without assistance Had fall at hospital Going to appointment for Barium Swallow 2 torn ligaments in left hand Inflammation in both knees. August hospitalization ? can no longer eat had to get feeding tube? cannot walk without assistance and walker September death
