The patient's past medical history included post-traumatic stress disorder (Post-traumatic stress disorder), retinoblastoma (vision in one eye, her right eye was surgically removed due to retinoblastoma) and cataract. Previously administered products included Seroquel (was on Seroquel in the past which caused cataract and is no longer on Seroquel). Concurrent medical conditions included osteoarthritis. Concomitant products included marijuana. On 20-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In MAR-2026, less than a week after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced walking difficulty (Verbatim: hard time walking), pain (Verbatim: ache/ severe physical pain), night sweat (Verbatim: waking up in the middle of the night sweating), numbness of extremities (Verbatim: numbness in hand/ numbness in feet), stiffness (Verbatim: body feels brittle), headache (Verbatim: Headache) and heart pounding (Verbatim: Heart pounding).
