Menveo(2-vial)- Inadvertent Administration of Only the MenCYW-135 Liquid Conjugate Component of the 2-vial Presentation of Menveo; Menveo(2-vial)- Inadvertent Administration of Only the MenCYW-135 Liquid Conjugate Component of the 2-vial Presentation of Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMXB072A, expiry date 31-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. On 26-MAR-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 26-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Menveo(2-vial)- Inadvertent Administration of Only the MenCYW-135 Liquid Conjugate Component of the 2-vial Presentation of Menveo) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Menveo(2-vial)- Inadvertent Administration of Only the MenCYW-135 Liquid Conjugate Component of the 2-vial Presentation of Menveo). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
