really tired; upset stomach; headache; getting chills (with shivers, not extreme racking); feeling a little cold / im cold; right arm began getting sore at injection spot; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An elderly female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 27Mar2026 as dose 1, single (Lot number: NE4289), in right arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Osteoporosis" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Comirnaty (2025-2026 formula) (dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "Abdominal discomfort", "Chills", "Decreased appetite", "Fatigue", "Headache", "Musculoskeletal stiffness", "Vaccination site pain". The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset 27Mar2026 at 19:30, outcome "recovered" (28Mar2026 at 10:00), described as "right arm began getting sore at injection spot"; FEELING COLD (non-serious) with onset 27Mar2026 at 19:45, outcome "recovered" (28Mar2026 at 10:00), described as "feeling a little cold / im cold"; CHILLS (non-serious) with onset 27Mar2026 at 20:38, outcome "recovered" (27Mar2026 at 23:00), described as "getting chills (with shivers, not extreme racking)"; HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset 28Mar2026 at 02:00, outcome "recovered" (28Mar2026 at 07:00); ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT (non-serious) with onset 28Mar2026 at 06:15, outcome "recovered" (28Mar2026 at 07:00), described as "upset stomach"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 28Mar2026 at 07:00, outcome "recovered" (28Mar2026 at 10:00), described as "really tired". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site pain, feeling cold, chills, headache, abdominal discomfort. Additional information: On 27Mar2026 at 19:30, the right arm began getting sore at the injection spot. At 19:45, the patient started feeling a little cold. The patient reported being dressed in long pajama pants, a sleeveless tank top, a fleece robe, winter socks, and warm slippers. At 20:30, the patient reported being cold. At 20:38, the patient was getting chills. The patient experienced chills from 20:45 to 23:00, with shivers, not extreme racking. At 21:00, the patient took 2 Advil. At 23:00, chills were lessening back to just a little cold. The next day, on 28Mar2026, at 02:00, the patient developed a headache. At 06:15, the patient had coffee and yogurt on muffins and reported an upset stomach. At 06:40, the patient took 1000 mg Tylenol. At 07:00, the headache was gone. The patient reported being really tired and wearing a hat, warm pajamas, and a robe.
