Symptom narrative

Lip numbness, sensation of throat numbness but no swelling. Speaking clearly, no signs of throat swelling. Vitals including pulse ox and bp normal. Pt not in any distress. Injection site LD was normal, non-swelling, non-erythematous. Advised taking an antihistamine when he goes home. Let us know if worsens. Also sent an epi pen to his pharmacy.
