No Medical History information was reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDER (Immune system was in tatters), NECK PAIN (Constant pain in the neck and shoulder/constant issues with neck and shoulder on the right side), ARTHRALGIA (Constant pain in the neck and shoulder/constant issues with neck and shoulder on the right side the same side the jab was administered) and COVID-19 (Patient had Virus more since having the jab). At the time of the report, IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDER (Immune system was in tatters), NECK PAIN (Constant pain in the neck and shoulder/constant issues with neck and shoulder on the right side), ARTHRALGIA (Constant pain in the neck and shoulder/constant issues with neck and shoulder on the right side the same side the jab was administered) and COVID-19 (Patient had Virus more since having the jab) had not resolved. The action taken with SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. No concomitant medications were reported. It was reported that the patient was vaccinated with Moderna during Covid-19 and had never felt the same since immune system was in tatters. The patient had constant issues with neck and shoulder on the right side the same side the jab was administered. He was concerned by the information about the vaccines that was coming out, including reports of "turbo cancers," and genuinely feared for his health. He stated that he had three children all under the age of ten and was terrified that something might happen to him, potentially leaving them without a father. It was reported that the patient's biggest regret in life that he was foolish but also massively pressured for a number of reasons out of control and the media and the unnecessary hysteria around the virus which ironically, had more since having the jab. It was reported that the purpose of the email was to seek compensation from Moderna, the developer of the vaccine, whom the patient held wholly responsible, and that the patient did not want any hassle or fuss but felt that he had been impacted by the moderna. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. No treatment medications were reported.
