possible missed second dose of Shingrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 65-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 27-JUL-2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: possible missed second dose of Shingrix). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-MAR-2026 The registered nurse called from a physician office to report that a patient had received the first dose of Shingrix on 27 JUL 2021. The registered nurse stated that their system, the pharmacy, the state department, and the patient had no record of a second dose being administered. Therefore, it was unknown whether the patient had received the second dose of the vaccine, although the patient may have had it. The vaccine lot number and expiration date were not asked. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
