Symptom narrative

She was given a Shingles shot 2 months ago and she is still going through arm pain that got worse over time. On 3/10/26, she went and had imaging done for her shoulder, and she has a medical report that confirms there was damage done to her rotator cuff due to the injection, especially that her pre-vaccine physical therapy reports show normal left shoulder per patient.
