Loss of consciousness

Symptom narrative

Patient was sitting on pharmacy bench after receiving vaccine. After about 5 minutes patient passed out. He was unaware what had happened and then passed out again. He was conscious again after a minute. We had him sit for 15 more minutes and drink water until he felt better.

gout, diabetes, hypertension

Meclizine. mounjaro, lisinoril, amlodipine, allopurinol

MMR in his 20's and he fainted
