Symptom narrative

Pain immediately. Pt said it felt cold and ?squiggly? in arm and that it felt different than any other shot he had. Pain has persisted for more than 5 weeks. Can not life right arm above head without pain. Have taken 3 day steroid pills. Ibuprofen. Heating pad. Have started physical therapy and are trying to schedule an ultrasound.
