Symptom narrative

I began experiencing persistent gastrointestinal distress, including abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and severe fatigue 4/5 months after receiving the Covid shot. Over time, I also developed brain fog, nutrient deficiencies, and intolerance to gluten-containing foods. Symptoms significantly interfered with daily functioning and improved only after transitioning to a strict gluten-free diet. Medical evaluation later resulted in a diagnosis of celiac disease.
