An elderly patient received BNT162b2 (COVID-19 VACCINE NOS MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 4 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "bladder issues" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BLADDER CANCER (medically significant), outcome "unknown"; BALANCE DISORDER (medically significant), outcome "recovering", described as "balance issues in the legs"; HAEMORRHAGE (hospitalization), outcome "recovering", described as "abnormal bleeding". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of bladder cancer, balance disorder, haemorrhage. Clinical course: It was reported patient injected all four vaccine doses without knowing whether it was Pfizer or Moderna. Initially had no symptoms, but symptoms began on the third day of quarantine. I've already had a history of bladder issues, and cystitis worsened. I experienced weight loss and abnormal bleeding, and was prescribed bladder medication at Redacted University Hospital. After taking the medication, I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I underwent two surgeries and struggled for about three years. Due to the cancer, I also developed balance issues in the legs and underwent leg surgery. Recently, my condition has improved. I hope a treatment becomes available that can eliminate long-term side effects. It was unknown if the patient received any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting. It was unknown if the patient received any other vaccines within 4 weeks PRIOR to the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting. It was unknown if the patient taking any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting.
