Symptom narrative

Patient was sleeping prior to vaccines being administered. Parents were hoping he would "sleep through" the vaccines. Patient became pale and sweaty/clammy after vaccines. Parents notified medical staff about five minutes after vaccine administration. Color had started to slowly return when he was evaluated at that time. About 20 minutes total after vaccines, patient was back to baseline. Breathing was unaffected. Feeding normally.
