An elderly patient received BNT162b2 (COVID-19 VACCINE NOS MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation; Covid-19 vaccine (dose 2), for COVID-19 immunisation. The following information was reported: DEATH (death), 6 months after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "fatal", described as "he passed away"; MALAISE (non-serious), described as "unwell". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of death, malaise. The date and cause of death for the patient were unknown. It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Clinical course: The reporter stated that the specific vaccine administered was unknown. The reporter routinely visited a dermatologist once a year at a clinic. According to the report, after the dermatologist received a third dose of a vaccine in the previous year, he appeared unwell. Approximately six months later, the dermatologist passed away.
