Symptom narrative

patient claims swelling, redness, the appearance of a hole at site of injection. Claims possible allergic reaction and that physician stated administration site was too low on arm. He received a Boostrix vaccine the same day in the opposite arm with no reaction, was administered by same technician. No reaction noted from Shingrix vaccine #1 given 1-16-26 lot #3t74x in left arm.
