Symptom narrative

Patient received both meningococcal vaccines in the right arm. About 5-7 minutes after administration, mom called for help in the exam room. Patient had a syncopal event and had emesis x 1. Patient was laid flat on the exam table with knees elevated, cold compress on forehead, and given water to drink. Vitals were obtained, initially with high BP of 129/69 and HR of 97. Upon recheck, BP was 111/74 and HR 87. Provider was aware and did examine her post syncope.
